Luchia (New Aqua Regina)

This will be used for my 'Mermaid Melody NG' series. Her design is based off of her manga form, and her hair is from her princess form.
I did post the lineart for this, so if you wanna color her then use that. You are not allowed to use this drawing, sorry.

I guess in this picture, she's supposed to look 20 but is really 40+ years old.

After Luchia became the new Aqua Regina, she was given her successor's kingdom and left the North Pacific kingdom. This caused the residents to become more savage, as they had to fend for themselves due to having no princess/queen to keep them safe. She was sad that she couldn't help her kingdom, but hoped that a new princess would be born soon.

30 years later, the princess to the North Pacific kingdom was born...but she was shocked to find out that it was not a single princess, but twins! This had never happened before, and due to how the kingdom was she sent them to live on land until they became old enough to become the rulers of the North Pacific.

However, the twins were separated by a current and one ended up living in the US while the other lived in Japan. She couldn't do anything until they turned 14, so she told the Queens what was going on and told them to prepare for a war brought on by the North Pacific kingdom.

When Laura turned 14, Luchia started speaking to her in her dreams. She told her she had a twin that was in Japan, and basically told her everything she needed to know (except for the Underwater Kingdom War as she wants to prepare the princesses for that).

Currently, she appears to the twins as an ethereal spirit as she can't leave her castle. She helps them by teaching them new songs, asking the other princesses for help, and such other things. But since she can't leave her castle, she can be summoned when the princesses play Aqua Regina's Harp and appears as a sort of spirit.
